Thursday January 15, 2015 - A senior pathologist working in the Office of the Chief Government Pathologist, Dr Johansen Oduor, has revealed what killed former Makueni Senator, Mutula Kilonzo.
Mutula, who passed away nearly two years ago, was found dead at his home in Maanzoni, Machakos County. An unidentified woman is alleged to have “slept” with Mutula before he met his untimely death.
His family hired a UK pathologist, Dr Ian Calder, who performed the autopsy with the assistance of Government Pathologist, Dr Johansen Oduor.
Calder and Oduor did not reveal what caused the death of the veracious Senator but they agreed to conduct more conclusive tests in the UK where there are advanced laboratories.
But before the samples were airlifted to the UK, Calder and Oduor were in agreement that traces of Sildenafil Citrate were found inside Mutula Kilonzo’s bloodstream.
Sildenafil Citrate is found in male enhancing drugs and is commonly used to treat ED and pulmonary arterial hypertension. A drug which is also known asRevatio has serious side effects which include a possible heart attack.
